The Pathway to Integrated Living
— Daily reminders for a conscious, connected life —

How often do you find yourself blaming others, making excuses, or digging your heels in with "I don't want to"? Maybe you postpone the difficult conversation, procrastinate on that phone call, or complain about politicians instead of taking action. We've all been there—stuck in passivity, avoiding what we know deep down is right. But here's the truth: this pattern keeps us small, helpless, and disconnected from our own power.
The focus for today is:
I am responsible for what I think, feel, say, and do.
Today's message is inspired by Jude Bijou, M.A., M.F.T., author of the book: Attitude Reconstruction: A Blueprint for Building a Better Life
Passivity developed as a pattern for a good reason—we were avoiding our emotions and had to find somewhere to channel what we were experiencing. But now we're grown up and need to handle situations differently. When we stand up and lovingly assert ourselves, we feel joy. We feel virtuous because we're obeying our inner wisdom. The simple formula is remembering that you are responsible for your own self. Ask yourself: What do I know in my heart of hearts is best? You intuitively know what's right—it's an inner feeling. So listen and follow through.
